Malcontents Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Malcontents! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 20 days of the date of purchase. After 20 days, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modifications cannot be returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@malcontents.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@malcontents.co with photos and a description of the defect. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
